Easy to Use Prepaid Phones for Seniors

Senior Friendly Cell Phones

Whether it be slips and falls, medical emergencies or crime victimization, studies show that seniors are far less likely to own and use a cell phone in times of emergency. This may be either cost related or the lack of user friendly cell phones. While seniors may not need the latestand greatest contract phones, prepaid phones can be easy to use and offer reliable service at a very economical price.

Contract or Prepaid

Surveys show that seniors are not big cell phone users. With this in mind, a typical contract phone is probably not the best choice for seniors since the majority of the monthly plans are designed for high usage individuals. Typical monthly plans also require a minimum contract which is usually a year. The best bet for seniors then is either a prepaid plan or a low usage monthly plan that does not require a contract.
